·       An interlanguage is an idiolect that has been developed by a learner of a second language which preserve some features of the first language and can also overgeneralize some L2 writing and speaking rules.

·       Inter language is based on the theory that there is a dominant psychological framework in human brain that is activated when one attempts to learn a second language.
 

·       Who coined the terms interlanguage and fossilization?

·       Interlanguage fossilization is a phenomenon of second language acquisition in which second language turn linguistics features that are correct in their first language into permanent errors in the way they speak and write the new language.

·       Interlanguage serve as a bridge between L1 and l2 when learners lack knowledge and fine mastery of rules, but over time, learner’s progress.
